Programs That Have Already Commenced<\/h2>\r\nWhere a course, coaching program, certification program, mentorship, membership or structured training program has commenced, payments already made are non-refundable unless required by law or expressly provided under the specific program terms.\r\n\r\nParticipants remain responsible for any payment obligations agreed to under an instalment or progressive payment arrangement, subject to applicable law and the specific terms provided at the time of enrolment.\r\n

    5. Memberships and Subscriptions<\/h2>\r\nWhere NUMI offers recurring memberships or subscriptions, you may cancel future renewals in accordance with the cancellation method provided through your account or by contacting NUMI.\r\n\r\nCancellation prevents future renewal charges but does not normally result in a refund for:\r\n

Personalised Reports and AI-Generated Analysis<\/h2>\r\nPersonalised reports, calculations, profile analyses, identity analyses, Human Pattern Intelligence outputs and AI-assisted interpretations are created using information submitted by the user.\r\n\r\nBecause these services may involve processing and generating personalised results specifically for you, they are generally non-refundable once generation or processing has commenced.\r\n\r\nYou are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide, including your name, date of birth and other relevant information, is accurate before submitting it.\r\n\r\nNUMI is not required to issue a refund where an inaccurate result is caused by incorrect information supplied by the user.\r\n

      7. Circumstances Where a Refund May Be Considered<\/h2>\r\nNUMI may consider a full or partial refund where:\r\n
