These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites, applications, platforms, programs, products and services provided by NUMI International (M) SDN BHD (“NUMI”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

These Terms apply to numi-intl.ai, associated NUMI websites and subdomains, the NUMI application, NUMI Academy, educational programs, memberships, events, seminars, masterclasses, digital products, personalised analyses and other NUMI services collectively referred to as the “Services”.

By accessing, registering for, purchasing or using any of the Services, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the Services.

1. About NUMI

NUMI provides educational, self-development and self-reflection tools relating to human patterns, personal awareness, leadership, relationships, behavioural tendencies and related areas.

NUMI’s methodology may incorporate elements of:

• Human Pattern Intelligence;

• Numerology;

• Pattern analysis;

• Traditional Eastern knowledge systems;

• Behavioural observations;

• Educational frameworks;

• Artificial intelligence;

• Automated analysis; and

• Personal development methodologies.

NUMI’s tools are intended to support reflection, learning and personal awareness.

They should not be interpreted as guaranteed predictions of future events or as objective scientific conclusions unless expressly stated and independently supported.

2. Contracting Entity

Unless another entity is specifically identified at the point of purchase or in a separate written agreement, Services provided through the NUMI platform are provided by:

References to “NUMI” may also include relevant affiliates, officers, employees, trainers and authorised service providers where appropriate.

3. Eligibility

You must generally be at least 18 years old to:

• Create a paid NUMI account;

• Purchase paid Services;

• Enrol in professional training or certification programs;

• Participate in paid memberships; or

• Enter into contractual arrangements with NUMI.

If a service is made available to individuals under 18, participation may be subject to parental or guardian authorisation and additional conditions.

By using the Services, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you have legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. Account Registration

Some Services require an account.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and current information;

• Maintain only accounts you are authorised to use;

• Protect your password and credentials;

• Keep your account information current;

• Prevent unauthorised access to your account; and

• Promptly notify NUMI if you believe your account has been compromised.

You are responsible for activities carried out through your account except to the extent caused by NUMI’s failure to meet obligations imposed by applicable law.

Accounts are personal and may not be sold, shared or transferred without NUMI’s written permission.

Certain NUMI Services require personal information such as:

9. Purchases

Prices and applicable charges are displayed at the time of purchase.

NUMI may change future prices at any time.

A price change will not normally affect a purchase already completed.

10. Refunds

Purchases are subject to the NUMI Refund & Cancellation Policy and any specific conditions displayed at the point of purchase.

Unless otherwise stated, digital products, personalised analyses, program access and other paid Services may be non-refundable once supplied or accessed, subject to rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11. Memberships and Subscriptions

NUMI may introduce free or paid membership plans.

Membership benefits may vary according to:

• Membership tier;

• Country;

• Program;

• Promotional offer;

• Subscription period; or

• Member eligibility.

Where a recurring subscription is offered, you authorise the applicable recurring charge until the subscription is cancelled.

Cancellation normally takes effect for future billing periods and does not automatically provide a refund for the current period.

NUMI may modify future membership benefits, provided that changes are made in accordance with applicable law and any specific contractual commitments made to you.

12. Educational Programs

NUMI may provide courses, academies, workshops, coaching, training, certification pathways and other educational programs.
